Analyst, Systems (Diagnostic Division) Reports To:

ExemptPosition
Summary:
Critical role to analyze, design, build, maintain, and support various computer applications with an emphasis on Manufacturing, Warehouse and Supply Chain Operations.
Determine application requirements and prepare specification and user documentation.
Provide application support, work with users to resolve problems with existing systems, and aid users during implementation of new systems or significant system changes.
Key
Responsibilities:
Support ERP applications including configuration and report development for three locations
Support other 3rd party applications integrated to the ERP applications.
Implement and maintain data integration feeds between systems.
Capture technical business requirements from users and deliver solutions to enhance current or implement new applications increasing business efficiency and scalability.
Coordinate activities and projects with outside vendors.
Design innovative solutions to quickly address business opportunities.
Test system changes for functionality and accuracy.
Develop end procedures and training for end users.
Develop, execute and maintain test scripts.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Generate data queries, views and reports to support business requests.
Education:
Bachelors degree in computer science, business or a related field from an accredited higher learning institution is preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Two years or more years of IT experience with an ERP system in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum Requirements/
Qualifications:
2 Year
experience Visual Studio and Reporting Services or equivalent.
2 Year
experience with SQL or SQL Express.
Supported an ERP Manufacturing System.
Preferred experience with one or more of the following:
Epicor Manage 2000
Macola
MS Great Plains
Effective time management, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, efficiently works under pressure, within deadlines or other time essential constraints
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely communicate to all levels of the organization
