Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products and services meet established quality standards and customer expectations.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits and inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
Your focus will be on maintaining and enhancing the overall quality of products, processes, and systems within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of quality control measures, adherence to standard operating procedures, and compliance with quality standards.
Identify and document quality issues, non-conformities, and areas for improvement, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality management, engineering, or a related discipline.
Additional certifications in quality assurance or related areas are desirable.
Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related role within a manufacturing or service-oriented organization.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools, such as statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and quality management systems (QMS).
