New Jersey Property & Casualty license is required At least 2 years of personal lines experience is required Must be computer literate, tech savvy Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior Excellent communication skills:
written, verbal and listening Must have strong interpersonal communication skills Must be motivated and determined Responsibilities for the Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager/Representative:
Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Take the extra mile to engage customers Job Type:
