This position is non-clinical meaning you won't be working in patients' mouths.
We are seeking a front office assistant, which means the following:
30 hours/week (Mon, Tues, Wed, Friday).
Half day every other Saturday 1 year of dental experience (Required) Answer the phone with a smile! Other characteristics of the person we're looking to hire:
Professional and clear verbal skills Punctual and reliable Values organizational skills Multi-tasks with efficiency and courtesy in a high traffic environment We also want someone friendly, energetic, and positive with a presentable/professional appearance.
Basic math skills are a must! Duties include but are not limited to:
Checking patients in and out Scheduling Verifying insurance Creating and presenting treatment plans to patients Job Types:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
