Responsibilities:
1.
Implement talent acquisition strategies to source, attract, and recruit top talent in the engineering industry.
2.
Develop and manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and attractiveness to potential candidates.
3.
Coordinate internal job postings and promotions, ensuring fair and equitable opportunities for all employees.
4.
Provide comprehensive administrative services, including scheduling, record-keeping, and documentation.
5.
Develop and execute talent management strategies to retain and develop our existing workforce.
6.
Maintain a thorough understanding of workers' compensation laws and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
7.
Conduct risk assessments and implement prevention strategies to minimize workplace hazards and liabilities.
8.
Serve as a point of contact for employee support, addressing queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
9.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and records, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.
What you need for this position:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the Engineering industry.
3.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and talent management.
4.
Excellent knowledge of workers' compensation laws and workplace safety regulations.
5.
Strong administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
7.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and implement effective prevention strategies.
8.
High degree of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
9.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
