THE
Qualifications:
This individual should be organized and have great attention to detail.
This person will be respectful of and feel comfortable dealing with all people, cultures and nationalities.
Additionally, excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills are required.
The individual must handle telephone and email inquiries throughout the day in a prompt, efficient, professional, and pleasant manner.
Motorcycle / ATV / Powersports knowledge strongly desired THE ROLE:
Daily restocking responsibilities.
Restock assigned areas daily.
Assigned areas should also be cleaned and restocked as needed, throughout the day.
Daily inbound stock should be placed out on display or put away in its applicable bin location.
Email & voicemail messages.
Follow up email messages or phone calls should be made as needed in regards to special order status or parts quotes.
Customer account information.
Obtain complete customer information for all new customer accounts.

First and last name, complete address, home and cell phone numbers, email address) Parts invoice documentation.
Document year, make, model and parts requested in the notes section of every parts invoice.

Rear.
Color.
Tire size.
Customer supplied part number) Layaways.
The invoice Layaway column should be used for phone orders that contain in-stock parts.
Special order pick-up.
Special order notification.
Notify customer as soon as all special order parts have been received and are ready for customer pick up.
Note date, time and details of communication under the notifications tab.
Closing.
All catalogues are to be returned to their racks.
All parts unsold parts are to be returned to their bin locations or retail display.
Work stations should be cleaned up in preparation for the following day.
Cash drawers are to be counted and returned to the office.
