Responsibilities:
- Perform general janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment - Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors - Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a janitor or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of porter, facilities maintenance, custodial, and industrial cleaning practices - Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Note:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
