Permit Runner Role:
The purpose of this position is to ensure timely Permit submission at the County and City level.
The Permit Coordinator accomplishes this by working closely with project teams and City/County agencies, to proactively identify requirements and potential roadblocks as well as facilitating resolutions so projects remain on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Manage permit process through project teams - from permit application to permission to operate Prepare permit/license applications per project at City or County level Help coordinate logistics of permit delivery to City or County Obtain signatures for any/all paperwork between homeowner and City/County Agencies Develop and maintain relationships with City/County agencies and project teams Reliable vehicle for transportation to pick up/drop off paperwork (mileage reimbursement) Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm availability Qualifications Must have clean driving record/ license Notary Public preferred but not required Experience with CRMs or large databases Proficient and accurate data entry 1-year prior relevant experience _ Momentum Solar is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer_ Job Type:
