Description:
We are looking for a profile with at least 3-5 years of experience in Bench Sales/Recruitment Sales/Bench Marketing

Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for all marketing related activity like E-mail campaign, Cold call, Follow up with the candidate and Tier-1 Vendors , regular generate new data related to the business and market research along with below mentioned activities.

Find suitable project assignments for our Technical Employees Bench Sales Best Rate negotiations with the Tier-1 Vendors.
Manage Complete Placement Lifecycle for existing Technical Employees
Building Fresh relations & strengthening existing relationship with Tier-1 National and Vendors and Boutique IT Staffing Firms to gain more leads.
Maintaining Opportunities database & generate periodic reports as per management advise
Handling delegates by telephone and an independent self-starter.
Scheduling and coordinating with respect to candidate interviews & Project Starts

Must-Haves
Prior Bench Sales experience

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Must have eagerness to learn new things with positive attitude.

Must have computer proficiency and internet savvy.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
