Lead SAP BW/HANA Consultant

Utilizes theoretical and practical application of advanced computer science and engineering principles and concepts, including advanced experience in SAP BI, SAP HANA, SAP ABAP, AND SAP LUMIRA, to perform the following duties:
- Serving as lead and subject matter expert for SAP BW/BI development including Modeling, Extraction and Reports creation.
- Performing SAP ABAP coding for SAP BW routines and customer exit variables for BEx queries and extractors.
- Performing SAP HANA native modeling, SQL script-based modeling, and SAP BW and HANA mixed modeling.
- Responsible for Creation and Projection of Attribute Views, Analytical views, and Calculation views.
- Creating Join and Union in HANA calculation views in Native HANA modeling.
- Creating Filters, restrictions, calculated measures, and restricted measures in HANA views.
- Reporting on HANA models using the reporting tools SAP BOBJ, SAP LUMIRA and Tableau.
- Performing SQL optimization for performance, SQL joins, Dynamic SQL, and decision tables.
- Utilizing HANA rules and HANA data integration tools to integrate Geospatial specific data.
- Providing technical leadership for solving complex tasks/issues.
May perform other duties normally associated with this occupation.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or related major that provided the skills, knowledge and abilities required and three years of experience in the job offered or in a related position that provided the required skills, knowledge, and abilities. In lieu of the above-stated primary academic level and job experience requirements, employer will accept a related Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or related major that provided the skills, knowledge and abilities required and 5 years of related progressive, post-degree experience that provided the required skills, knowledge, and abilities.
In addition, requires demonstrable experience and proficiency in the following:
1. SAP BI/BW.
2. SAP HANA.
3. SAP ABAP.
4. SAP BEx.
5. SAP BOBJ.
6. SAP LUMIRA.
7. TABLEAU.
Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. The term suitable, in this context, means substantial compatibility with stated academic level and job experience requirements and ability to perform job duties.

No travel or telecommuting. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of the project.
