Customer Success Manager/ Clinical /Pharma

MaxisIT?s Customer Success Leaders are responsible for market awareness; and customer onboarding, implementation, adoption and success for a portfolio of customer accounts. You will work closely with our customers and prospects (Clinical trial sponsors and CRO?s) at the executive, clinical data management, biostatistics and clinical operations teams level to help realize customers? business success via bringing MaxisIT solutions to our customers.


You will own & drive customer implementations as well as manage the ongoing customer experience, including leading follow-on implementation or setup work. You will be measured against key KPIs like speed-to-implement/setup, usage, adoption & customer references.

Job Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience working directly with customers, preferable leading implementations or owning the customer relationship?

  • 3-5 years of experience at one of the following strongly preferred: Clinical research organization, clinical software firm, technology consulting firm, pharma, biotech, or medical device organization?

  • Experience implementing data integration, data standardization, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools (Oracle, SAS, Entimo, MicroStrategy, Cognos, Oracle BI, Birst, Tableau, Spotfire, QlikView) is preferred?

  • Implementation experience with software in a SaaS environment is a must?

  • Familiarity with clinical trial data and SQL is preferred?

  • Bachelor?s degree; MBA is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
